My car is dirtier than when I pulled up. I bought a towel; they had no clean towels. It took the poor girl a while to figure out where the clean towels were; by the time she did, my car was already dried with a million water spots. The suction on the vacuums is terrible. I couldn't even vacuum out my trunk. The staff was nice, but the wash quality was horrible. The front and back of my car still have all types of stuff on them despite a scrub. Waste of $23.

I just left here today. The service was atrocious. I paid $45 and the inside of my car was barely vacuumed, they didn’t move my car mats, and didn’t wipe anything down. Very obvious spots everywhere. The basic places to wipe weren’t wiped, like my screen and the console top (fingerprints all over them), the area where the cell phone charges, even the dash. This is a brand new car that is very gently used, so there wasn’t much to be done to it, they couldn’t even manage to do the bare minimum. I left the facility, where I was under the canopy and didn’t really realize how bad it was until I was in the sun and driving. Then I realized my car interior hadn’t been properly cleaned. I kept finding more stuff. I’d sat there for almost an hour and didn’t have time to time around and go back for another 45 min. I guess i should be grateful they left a used wash cloth in my car, I guess that was my hint to do what they didn’t.

YOU WON'T FIND BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My family has been doing business with Anthony's for YEARS and has never had a bad experience. Always a great investment for a quality wash. Always a pleasure interacting with the gentlemen who take such great care of our cars. Things have always gone so seamlessly that I've never really had to go inside for much. Well, in trying to buy the premium subscription package they have for my Dad for Father's day, I completely botched the online process. So much for trying to save time! Turns out I would need to completely refund the purchase I made so I could get the right subscription on the right card. I couldn't get over to the store till around closing time. The young lady at the front desk who helped me was attentive (listened wonderfully to all the information I dumped on her), compassionate, and quick to help resolve the problem I caused. She went above and beyond - even calling her manager who had already left to get in touch with the OWNER to get my problem completely resolved and my Dad well on his way to enjoying a premium clean courtesy of his kiddos. Called the next day just to double check their store hours for the upcoming holiday

I went today for a car wash and vacuum and I was very pleased !! Cam did a great job on my wheels and tires as well , they look great !

I purchased the $45 wash. 3 young men “cleaned” the interior. I should’ve inspected before I drove off, but did not. I genuinely don’t know what they were doing for the 15 minutes they had my vehicle. I think the interior was vacuumed, but not well. The back storage compartment was not touched, as you can see in the pictures. I ended up having to clean the interior of my car myself after paying $45 plus tip for someone else to do it. Who is managing this place and the employees? Perhaps another training session is needed.
